Simon, though you may be gone from our sight, you will always be in our hearts. Thank you for all you have done for us over the years, you were such a kind man, who would do absolutely anything for anyone. The world would be a better place if it had more people like you. Thank you for coming into our lives and filling it with joy and happiness. Thank you loving and cherishing my mam each and every day. Thank you for just being you. My promise to you, is that I will take good care of my mam for you. I'll also try and teach her how to make Yorkshire puddings as good as you made them too!
